A personal welcome

I'm David,
your host in Boulogne-sur-Mer.

A professional photographer since 2012 and involved in property since 2018, I am interested in what gives places their personality. Light, materials, an object with a story: these are the details that catch my eye and inspire my projects.

With Easy Home Littoral, I wanted to bring these two worlds together: creating apartments that feel good to stay in, and sharing a personal way to discover Boulogne-sur-Mer and the Opal Coast.

A stay is more than an address and a bed for the night. It is the atmosphere when you return from a walk, a game enjoyed together, a coffee on a terrace and the pleasure of taking your time.

That is the spirit I want to give my apartments, whether you are visiting as a couple, with family or friends, or on business.

How it began

From photography to places to stay.

Photography has taught me to observe: to see a room differently, understand its light and bring out its character. In my property projects, that attention continues through renovation, colours, materials and decoration.

Easy Home Littoral grew from this meeting of images and interiors. The idea is to offer short-stay apartments in Boulogne-sur-Mer with their own identity and the essentials for a comfortable visit.

Every apartment has its place in the story. Some bring back memories, others introduce an artistic world or simply offer a welcoming base. What they share is the wish to make the apartment part of the experience.

The 1980s and 1990s have a special place in my inspirations. Nostalgie 90 and La Capsule Rétro bring that spirit back through games, consoles, VHS tapes and decoration that stirs childhood memories.

With L’Œil Urbain, my photographer's eye becomes part of the apartment: a mural, images of Boulogne-sur-Mer and street art create a different atmosphere.

Boulogne-sur-Mer, our inspiration

Sharing the town,
beyond handing over the keys.

The old town, ramparts, basilica, harbour and seafront give Boulogne-sur-Mer very different faces. That variety inspires me when I photograph the town.

I hope your stay will let you discover it too: a visit to Nausicaá, a walk through the historic streets, a pause on the beach or a trip along the Opal Coast.
